BAGUIO CITY April 20 – A 27-year old detainee of the Baguio City jail’s female dorm was served by combined police operatives and intelligence agents a warrant for estafa inside the facility Tuesday.
Police authorities identified the detainee as Mary Anne Osio Alcoba, 27, single, and a resident of Purok 12, Irisan, Baguio City.
She was served the warrant of arrest issued by Judge Cecilia Corazon Dulay-Archog of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 6 of Baguio City for estafa with a recommended bail of P1 million for her temporary liberty.
She is allegedly detained at the Baguio City jail female dormitory for similar estafa charges pending decisions by the concerned courts.
