BAGUIO CITY February 05 – A 24-year old driver was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for attempted homicide at Rose Garden, Burnham Park, here, Friday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Jestoni Lamsie Packoy, driver, presently residing at Km. 5, Asin Road, Baguio City.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Leody M. Opolinto of the Municipal Trial Court in cities (MTCC) in Baguio City for alleged attempted homicide with a recommended bail of P60,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
