TABUK CITY, Kalinga – A 29-year old man was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence based on a warrant for alleged murder along Macapagal Avenue, Tuguegarao City, |Cagayan, Friday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Jefferson Lopez aka “Joper”, 29, married and resident of Brgy. Mandarulog, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, at Magapagal Avenue, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Lily Villareal Biton of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 77 in San Mateo, Rizal for alleged murder with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Tabuk City Police Office for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
