TUBA, Benguet May 04 – A 45-year old driver was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for reckless imprudence resulting to homicide and damage to property in his residence at Tadiangan, here, Wednesday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Quirino Tacloy Dawal Jr., 45, married, driver and a resident at Km5 Asin Road, Baguio City.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Debbie G. Dulay-Del Val of the Municipal Trial Court (MTC) in Naguilian, La Union for the crime of reckless imprudence resulting to homicide and damage to property with a recommended bail of P50,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted individual was brought to the Tuba Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
