BAGUIO CITY, – A 31-year old driver was arrested by combined police operatives and anti-narcotics agents after having found in his possession suspected illegal drugs and assorted drug paraphernalia during a drug buy bust operation along Bokawkan Road, particularly at Padre Burgos, here, recently.
Senior Superintendent George D. Daskeo, City Director of the Baguio City Police Office, identified the arrested drug personality as Ibalson Mayamay Cadangen, 31, married, driver, and presently residing at Cruz, La Trinidad, Benguet.
Confiscated from his possession by the operating government forces were two pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, Php2,020.00 cash in different denomination, wallet, and one SKK Mobile cellular phone.
The arrested individual and the recovered pieces of evidence were brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation awaiting the filing of the appropriate charges against him before the city prosecutor’s office.
