SAN JUAN, LA Union – On the early evening of April 27, 2017 Jack Warren Soriano blatantly sold a gram of shabu to anti-narcotics agents from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office 1 (PDEA RO1) and local police at a bar in Barangay Urbiztondo, San Jan La Union.. The 22 year old native of Sevilla La Union thought of earning cash thru his disregard to the law landed him in jail with pending charges which can earn him lifetime imprisonment.
On the morrow of April 28, 2017 Jacklord Soriano, the father of the arrested target listed personality approached several agents handling the case of his son. He openly offered a large sum of money for the release of his son. PDEA RO1 agents immediately arranged video surveillance in their office and invited the bribing father to talk inside wherein his illegal offers were recorded. The law enforcers immediately cuffed the father after offering 81,000 pesos which was confiscated and will be used against the suspect. He was charged under Article 212 of the Revised Penal Code or the Corruption of Public Officials.
