BANAUE, Ifugao January 25 – A 56-year old farmer was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for rape in his residence at Bayyo, Poblacion, here, recently.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Charles Maguling, 56, married, farmer and resident of Bayyo, Poblacion, Banaue, Ifugao.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by former Judge Esther L. Piscoso-Flor of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 34 in Banaue for rape in relation to the provisions of Republic Act (RA) 7610 with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
