KIBUNGAN, Benguet January 25 – The province’s No. 4 top most wanted person facing frustrated murder charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant in his residence at Batangan, Tacadang, here, recently.
Police authorities identified the arrested wanted person as Erwin Bolislis Litawen, a resident of Batangan, Tacadang, Kibungan, Benguet.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Sergio T. Angnganay of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 64 in Buguias with a recommended bail of P200,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the Kibungan Municipal Police Station prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
