SAN JUAN, Abra – A 3-year old girl died after she allegedly drown in a deep portion of the Malanas River. here, Friday.
Initial police investigation showed that the victim allegedly followed his father who went fishing in the river but she accidentally drowned due to the strong current of the river.
Emergency responders were able to rescue the victim and rushed her to the Dolores Medical Clinic but was declared dead on arrival by attending physicians due to alleged drowning.
