BAGUIO CITY – A 42-year old security guard was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents after he was charged for alleged violation of the pertinent provisions of Republic Act (RA) 7610 or the Anti-Child Abuse Law at the Baguio’s Finest Security A Edison Racraquin Caras, 29 years old Born May 1, 1994 and Patrick Camero Marinas 25 years old Born on June 11, 1997 and both native of Bolinao, Pangasinanency, DOTC-Telof building, Post Office Loop shortly after lunch Thursday.
Police authorities idientified the arrested individual as Allan Rebusquillo Apostol, 42, single, security guard and a resident of Suello Village, Baguio City.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued on May 2, 2023 by Judge Modesto, D. Bahul, Jr. of the city’s Family Court Branch 2 for violation of Section 10 (a) of RA 7610 docketed under Criminal Case No. 46725 – R with a recommended bail of P80,000 for his temporary liberty.
The accused is under the custody of the BCPO for documentation prior to his turnover to the concerned court. By Dexter A. See
