OLANO, Nueva Vizcaya – The province’s No. top most wanted person was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant of arrest for rape at Bascaran here recently.
Senior Superintendent Constancio Chinayog, Jr., officer-in-charge of the Ifugao Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested individual as Nelson Bu-ucan Bay-ong, 51, married, and a resident of Dalligan, Kiangan, Ifugao.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Esther P. Flor of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 34 in Lagawe, Ifugao for rape with no bila recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted individual was brought to the Solano Municipal Police Station prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against him.
