BAGUIO CITY April 10 – A 31-year old man was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for attempted rape in his residence at UP Village, Irisan, here, Monday morning.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Gilbert Quintin Angadol, 31, married, native of Kalinga and resident of UP, Irisan, Baguio City.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Marietta S. Brawner-Cualing of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 9 in La Trinidad, Benguet for attempted rape with a recommended bail of P240,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) headquarters for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
