SABLAN, Benguet – A wanted person was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged frustrated murder at Biday, San Fernando City, La Union Monday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as a certain “David”, 20 years old and resident of San Juan, La Union.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Marietta S. Brawner-Cualing of the Regional trial Court (RTC) Branch 9 in La Trinidad for alleged frustrated murder with a recommended bail of P400,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Sablan Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
