TABUK CITY, Kalinga – A 30-year old man was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for frustrated murder in his residence at Purok 4, Bulanao, here,Tuesday.
Senior Superintendent Brent Majaco, provincial director of the Kalinga Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested individual as Romel Buniaga Aggaraw, 30, single and a resident of Cagumitan, Tuao, Cagayan.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Neljoe A Cortes of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 25 in Tabuk City for frustrated murder with a recommended bail of P200,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Tabuk City Police Office for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
