URDANETA CITY, Pangasinan April 05 – A 29-year old man was arrested by combined police operatives and anti-narcotics agents after having found in his possession alleged shabu during a buy bust operation at Poblacion, here, recently.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Francis Wilson Fernandez Verceles, 29, single & resident of barangay Dilan-Paurido, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan.
Confiscated from his possession were one heat sealed plastic sachet containing suspected shabu and 3 pieces P100 bills used by the operating troops as buy bust money.
The arrested individual and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Urdaneta City Police Office for documentation prior to the filing of the appropriate charges against him before the city prosecutor’s office.
