SAGADA, Mountain Province – A 30-year old man was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged rape at Poblacion, here, Friday.
Senior Superintendent Allen S. Ocden, provincial director of the Mountain Province Police Office, identified the arrested individual as Gabriel Pallang Logis aka Gabriel Pallang Lokis, 30 years old, native and resident of barangay Mayag, Bauko, Mt. Province.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Sergio T. Angnganay of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 36 in Bontoc for alleged statutory rape with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Sagada Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
