CABA, La Union March 22 – A 41-year old man died after he allegedly hanged himself inside his house at barangay Gana, here, Wednesday.
Police authorities identified the fatality as Danilo Dulay Ogoc, 41, single and a resident of barangay Gana, Caba, La Union.
Initial police investigation showed the victim’s neighbors were alarmed over his alleged failure to respond to their calls and upon checking his residence that was unlocked, they were surprised to see his lifeless body hanging on the ceiling with a cord tied around his neck.
The victim was immediately rushed to a local hospital by his concerned neighbors but he was declared dead on arrival by attending physicians due to alleged strangulation.
