BOKOD, Benguet – A mechanic died after he was rammed over by a truck while he was working in its propeller shaft at Logdeck, Ambangeg, here, Friday.
Police authorities identified the fatality as Christopher Himbadan, mechanic, and resident of Tawangan, Kabayan, Benguet.
Initial police investigation showed that the victim went under the parked truck to remove its propeller shaft but the said vehicle suddenly moved forward and rammed over him that caused him to sustain multiple head and body injuries.
The victim’s cadaver was brought home by his relatives to his residence for him to be given a decent wake and burial.
