Some nine pieces of pine lumber were recovered by authorities in Bokod, Benguet.
Blotter reports revealed that at around 8:20 AM of July 28, 2018, personnel from PMFC, Upper Agno River Watershed Area Team (AURWAT) and Bokod MPS proceeded to conduct anti-illegal logging operation at Mt. Patoktok, Ambuklao, Bokod, Benguet to verify an alleged illegal logging activities thereat.
At around 2:30 PM, operating troops recovered 9 pieces 2x3x10 of pine lumbers with a total value of 45 board feet with estimated market value of Php 1,350.00.
The team hauled the lumbers and turned them over to Upper Agno Watershed Area Team (UARWAT) for safekeeping.
