A tinsmith died in Baguio City after he accidentally fell along a stairs.
The victim was identified as Alexander Prado Obias, 61 y/o, married, worked as a “latero” and resident of Block 3, East Quirino Hill, Baguio City.
Blotter reports revealed that the alleged accidental fall happened at about 9:30 PM of July 28, 2018 along Olive Alley, Purok 3, East Quirino Hill, Baguio City.
Initial investigation conducted revealed that a resident of the barangay heard a falling sound along the stairs, although she did not mind to look outside and 10 minutes later, another resident walking along the stairs she saw the victim lying on the pavement unconscious, prompting her to immediately sought assistance from their Barangay Chairman Joel Bangloy who called for police assistance.
Responding police called for Baguio City Emergency Medical Service who then brought the victim to Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center but was declared dead on arrival by attending doctor due to the cause of death was traumatic brain injury.
