TABUK CITY, Kalinga November 17 – A 23-year old farmer was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged carnapping in Purok 5, Bulanao, here, Thursday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Edmund Tagupat Piloy, 23, single, farmer and a resident of Bayao, Pinukpuk, Kalinga.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Neiljoe A. Cortes of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 25 in Taubk City for alleged carnapping with a recommended bail of P150,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Tabuk City Police Office for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
