BUGIAS, Benguet – An inmate of the local district jail facing kidnapping charges was served a separate warrant for alleged rape inside the Buguias jail Thursday.
Police authorities identified the detainee as Joey Garcia Sanggalang alias Roy, 24, male, single, laborer, native of Gais-Guipe, Dasol, Pangasinan.
The warrant of arrest against the detainee was issued by Judge Sergio T. Angnganay of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 64 in Buguias for rape with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The inmate is also facing separate charges of kidnapping.
