PEÑARRUBIA, Abra – A 26-year old jobless man was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence based on a warrant for alleged estafa at Malasit, here, Sunday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Jaymark Fadera Belena, single, unemployed and a resident of barangay Malamsit, Peñarrubia, Abra.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Danilo P. Camacho of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 62 in La Trinidad, Benguet for alleged estafa with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Peñarrubia Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
