MANKAYAN, Benguet – A 27-year old labourer was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged estafa in his residence at Poblacion, here, Sunday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Manuel Tudlong Batcagan Jr., 27, single, laborer, native and resident of Mayangyang, Suyoc, Mankayan, Benguet.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Jonathan Chavez Segundo of the Municipal Trial Court (MTC) in Mankayan for estafa with a fixed bail of P60,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Mankayan Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
