TABUK CITY, Kalinga January 31 – A 21-year old labourer was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for three counts of frustrated homicide in his residence at Purok 6, Bulanao, here, Monday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Ronald Dawagon Dusag, 21, married, laborer, native of Apatan, Pinukpuk, Kalinga and resident of Purok 6, Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Neiljoe Cortez of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 25 in Tabuk City for three counts of frustrated homicide with a total recommended bail of P72,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Tabuk City Police Office for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the cases filed against him.
