TABUK CITY, Kalinga January 31 – The city’s No. 8 top most wanted person facing homicide charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant in his alleged hideout at Balawag, here, Monday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Jerome Bello Magadang, 25, married, dental technician, and resident of Barangay New Tanglag, Tabuk City.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Neiljoe Cortez of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 25 in Tabuk City for alleged homicide with a recommended bail of P100,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the Tabuk City Police Office for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
