BAGUIO CITY May 11 – A 20-year old man was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a served warrant for rape in his residence at Km. 3, Asin road, here, Wednesday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Christian Palaganas Honrado, 20, single, native of San Fabian, Pangasinan and resident of Km. 3, Asin Road Baguio City.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Ivan Kim Morales of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 59 in Baguio City for alleged rape with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Baguio City Police office headquarters for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
