SADANGA, Mountain Province – The town’s No. 4 top most wanted person facing frustrated murder charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant in his residence at Saclit, here, recently.
Police authorities identified the arrested wanted person as Joseph A. Pallar, 56, married, farmer and a resident of Barangay Saclit, Sadanga, Mountain Province.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Manuel Bragado of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 35 in Bontoc for frustrated homicide.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the Sadanga Municipal Police Station prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
