TADIAN, Mountain Province – A 48-year old widower was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for rate in his residence at Lobon, here, recently.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Emilio Songaben Libed, 48, widower and a native of Lubon, Tadian, Mountain Province
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Sergio T. Angnganay of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 36 in Bontoc for rape with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Tadian Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
