PUDTOL, Apayao – The Apayao Police Provincial Office (APPO), in collaboration with the provincial government, orchestrated the inaugural KKDAT Holiday Concert, themed “World of Music and Dances” (WOMADs) The event unfolded at Elias K. Bulut Sr. Memorial Gym in Poblacion, Pudtol, Apayao on December 9, 2023 to mark the onset of the festive season, celebrating the spirit of Christmas a time for family and friends.
A total of 115 Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo (KKDAT) members from seven municipalities participated in this event, showcasing their talents in singing, dancing, spoken poetry, and beatboxing. The Ampayag Chorale from the municipality of Pudtol set the tone with a captivating performance during the opening ceremony.
Hosted by PMSg Zsarina Lei H. Sabado and Allan C. Gobrin, the event achieved historical significance for the province which received the presence of APPO Provincial Director PCol. Jefferson P. Cariaga, Pudtol mayor Hon. Hector Reuel D. Pascua, and various dignitaries.
