LAGAWE, Ifugao – A 19-year old farmer was injured after he was allegedly shot by a gunwielding suspect for still unknown reasons at Montabiong, here, early Monday morning
Police authorities identified the wounded individual as Aaron Jake Gallangi Dinal-ong, 19 years old, single, farmer, and resident of Montabiong, Lagawe, Ifugao while the suspect was named as Pascual Gallangi alias Dundun, a resident of Montabiong, Lagawe, Ifugao.
The motive of the shooting incident is still being established by investigators considering that the incident was reported to the Lagawe Municipal Police Station by a barangay officials of the place while the victim is being rushed to the Veterans Regional Memorial Hospital in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.
The suspect is the subject of a manhunt operation by responding police operatives to ascertain the motive behind the said incident.
