BAGUIO CITY May 07 – A 36-year old labourer was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged rape through sexual assault in his residence at Teachers Camp, Cabinet Hill, here, Friday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Andy Clemente Jose, 36, married, laborer and resident of Teachers Camp, Cabinet Hill, Baguio City.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Maria Ligaya Itliong-Rivera of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 60 in Baguio City for rape through sexual assault with a recommended bail of P120,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Baguio city Police Office headquarters for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
